The Top of the Cove Wine and Dine represents what we love to experience when dining. Large and small plates with big flavours, while highlighting fresh and authentically local ingredients from Georgian Bay and the surrounding areas. Chef Andrew McLean’s simple and uncomplicated flavour profiles are the foundation for our culinary philosophy.

Our large bay windows offer panoramic views of Georgian Bay and the neighbouring woodland. On warm summer nights, our guests can enjoy the fresh westerly breeze that flows throughout the restaurant, while listening to the gentle waves and the haunting loon calls at dusk. Octagon Room

New to summer 2015 is the Octagon Room, overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay and the Canadian Shield. The Octagon offers freshly made pub favourites, such as mussels, fish & chips and house ground hamburgers, made fresh daily and lovingly prepared by Chef Andrew McClean.
